Activities Other Than Formal College Courses. To encourage additional professional growth and development, the District recognizes certain activities relevant to the teacher's duties with the District conducted outside the regular teacher workday. Such additional activities may include educational workshops, conferences, or seminars which produce new learning that is related to the applicant's position and can be applied to the delivery of educational services to District students.
