Acts and Omissions of Contractor, its Subcontractors and Employees. The Contractor is responsible for acts and omissions of its employees and all its Subcontractors, their agents and employees. The Owner may, in writing, require the Contractor to remove from the Project any of Contractor’s or its Subcontractor’s employees that the ODR finds to be careless, incompetent, or otherwise objectionable.
