ACTS OF PHYSICAL VIOLENCE. 1. The Board and the Association do not condone and will not tolerate acts of physical violence. 2. If a teacher is subjected to physical violence by a student, the Administrative Officer shall investigate the incident and report it to the Superintendent of Schools.
