Actual Claims-Paying Capacity of the FHCF. This term means the sum of the Balance of the Fund as of December 31 of a Contract Year, plus any reinsurance purchased by the FHCF, plus the amount the SBA is able to raise through the issuance of revenue bonds, or through other means available by law to the SBA, up to the limit in accordance with Section 215.555(4)(c)1. and (6), Florida Statutes.
