Delegate's responsibility and authority with respect to any jurisdiction so added will commence at the later of (i) the time that Delegate's Authorized Representative and Board's Authorized Representative have both executed a copy of Appendix B listing such jurisdiction, or (ii) the time that Delegate's Authorized Representative receives a copy of such fully executed Appendix B.
