TERRITORIAL JURISDICTION. The Territorial Jurisdiction of this Collective Agreement is the whole area within the boundaries of the Province of Ontario.

TERRITORIAL JURISDICTION. All disputes or differences under or in relation to the interpretation of the terms, conditions, validity, construct, limitations and/or exclusions contained in the Policy shall be determined by the Indian court and according to Indian law.

TERRITORIAL JURISDICTION. The provisions of this Master Agreement shall apply to the Province of British Columbia and, to the extent permitted by law, any Employee hired in British Columbia that the Employer elects to transport outside the Province.

TERRITORIAL JURISDICTION. The Territorial Boundaries of Ontario Ironworkers Locals shall be recognized as those set out in Appendix “B” and forming part of this collective agreement.

TERRITORIAL JURISDICTION. 3.1 The following Territorial Boundaries are recognized: LOCAL UNION No. 700 All of the counties of Elgin, Essex, Xxxxxxx, Xxxx, Lambton and Middlesex. The District of Muskoka and all the counties of Dufferin, Durham, Haliburton, Northumberland, Ontario, Peel, Peterborough, Xxxxxx Xxxxxx, Simcoe, Victoria, and York, and in the county of Hastings, the Townships of; - Marmora, Xxxxxx, Xxxxxx, and Xxxxxxx. Also, in the County of Halton – the premises of the Ford Motor Company.

TERRITORIAL JURISDICTION. No Local Union shall have territorial jurisdiction over work performed under this Agreement except as specifically determined by the Union on a day-to-day basis.

TERRITORIAL JURISDICTION. All benefits are available in India only, and all claims shall be payable in India in Indian Rupees only

TERRITORIAL JURISDICTION. 3.1 This Agreement applies to Canada, excluding the Province of Quebec, coming under the jurisdiction of Local Union 144 where government legislation prevails. 3.2 The following outlines the territorial jurisdiction of Local Unions under the terms of this Agreement. Local Union 56: The Province of Nova Scotia Local Union 740: The Province of Newfoundland and Labrador Local Union 325: The Province of New Brunswick and Xxxxxx Xxxxxx Island Local Union 853: The Province of Ontario. The Province of Ontario shall be divided into four zones: Zone 1 - Ontario East. The eastern portion of the Province of Ontario, east of line A drawn between Pembroke and Kingston and including those cities. Zone 2 - Ontario Central. The Province of Ontario west of said line A, and including all the Province of Ontario up to line B drawn due north form the junction of Cumberland and Xxxxxx Streets in the city of Thunder Bay, but excluding the city of Thunder Bay. Zone 3 - Ontario West. The Province of Ontario west of said line B, and including the city of Thunder Bay. Xxxx 0 - Xxxxx Xxxxxxx. Xxx Xxxx of Toronto in the Province of Ontario, within the thirty-five (35) mile radius of Toronto City Hall, with the western boundary being Highway #25 from the point of intersect of the radius line and Highway #25 to Lake Ontario. The eastern boundary is the point of intersect of radius line and the northern shoreline of Lake Ontario. Southern boundary to be northern shoreline of Lake Ontario. Local Union 254: The Province of Manitoba Local Union 179: The Province of Saskatchewan Local Union 488: The northern part of the Province of Alberta i.e. that potion of the Province of Alberta north of parallel of latitude 52.15 running east and west through the centre of the city of Red Deer, and North West Territories. Local Union 496: The southern part of the Province of Alberta i.e. that portion of the Province of Alberta south of parallel of latitude 52.15 running east and west through the centre of the city of Red Deer. Local Union 170 The Province of British Columbia.

TERRITORIAL JURISDICTION. The territorial jurisdiction for this addendum shall be the counties of Bucks, Chester, Delaware and Xxxxxxxxxx in Pennsylvania and the state of Delaware. It is expressly understood by the parties that the provisions of this addendum are for the benefit of constituent members of the associations for the purpose of market recovery. On or after six (6) months from the start of this addendum, the parties will discuss whether to continue or modify this addendum. In evaluating the success or failure of this addendum in securing new markets for Union membership; the parties will consider, among other criteria the number of new members and the number of hours worked by the new union members and whether those numbers are stagnant or increasing at the time of evaluation.

(Buffalo) shall be defined as the following counties in the State of New York: In Niagara County the townships of Somerset, Hartland, Royalton, Newfane, Lockport, Xxxxxxxxx, N.Tonawanda and the eastern halves of Cambria and Xxxxxx. All of Erie County except territory north of Whitehaven Road, Grand Island, N.Y.. All of Orleans, Genesee and Wyoming Counties. In Chautauqua County, the townships of Dunkirk, Portland, Pomfret, Sheridan, Awkwright, Hanover and Villenova. In Cattaraugus County, the townships of Perrysburg, Dayton, Persia, Xxxx, East Otto, Ashford, Yorkshire and Machias. (Niagara Falls) shall be defined as the following counties in the State of New York: In Niagara County, the townships of Xxxxxx, Lewiston, Niagara Falls, Wheatfield, the western halves of Cambria and Xxxxxx. In Erie County, the territory north of Xxxxxxxxxx Xxxx, Xxxxx Xxxxxx, Xxx Xxxx. (Olean) shall be defined as the following counties in the State of New York: In Cattaraugus County the townships of Cold Spring, Elko, Mansfield, Little Valley, Salamanca Indian Reservation, Red House, Ellicottville, Great Valley, Carrollton, Franklinville, Xxxxxxxx, Allegany, Freedom, Farmersville, Xxxxxx, Ishua, Hinsdale, Olean and Portville. In Allegany County the townships of Centerville, Rushford, New Xxxxxx, Cuba, Clarksville, Genesee, Xxxx, Caneadea, Belfast, Friendship, Xxxx and Bolivar, Granger, Xxxxx, Xxxxxxxx, Amidy, Scio, Xxxx, Grove, Birdsall, West Almond, Ward, Wellsville, Willing, Xxxxx, Xxxxxx, Xxxxxx, Andover and Independence. In Xxxxxxxxxx County the townships of Portage, Nunda, West Sparta, Ossian, Sparta, North Dansville and Spring Water. In Steuben County the townships of Dansville, Fremont, Hornell City, Hartsville, Greenwood, West Union, Xxxxxxx, Xxxxxx, Canisteo, Jasper, Troupsburg, Cohocton, Avoca, Weedhull, Prattsburg, Xxxxxxx, Pultney, Xxxxx, Urbana and Tuscorora.
