Common use of ADDENDUM A Clause in Contracts

ADDENDUM A. Notwithstanding any provisions in this Award Agreement, the grant of the Restricted Stock Unit Award shall be subject to any special terms and conditions set forth in the Addendum A to this Award Agreement for Awardee’s country. Moreover, if Awardee relocates to another country for which there is an Addendum A, the special terms and conditions of the Addendum A for such country will apply to Awardee, to the extent Micro determines that the application of such terms and conditions is necessary or advisable in order to comply with local law or facilitate the administration of the Plan, and Micro will provide Awardee with the Addendum A of the country to which Awardee relocated.
