Addendum Controls. The following provisions supplement the Purchase Agreement and, to the extent that any of the terms of the Purchase Agreement are inconsistent with the terms of this Addendum, the terms of this Addendum shall supersede and control.
Addendum Controls. In the event of a conflict between any of the terms and provisions contained in this Addendum Exhibit “A” and the other terms and provisions contained in the herein Lease Agreement, the terms and provisions contained in the herein Addendum entitled Exhibit “A” shall be controlling. If any clause or provision of this Lease or Addendum Exhibit “A” is declared by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid or unenforceable under the current laws, the remainder of this Lease shall not be affected thereby, and this Lease shall be modified so that in place of each such clause or provision of this Lease there will be added as a part of this Lease a legal, valid and enforceable clause or provision as similar in terms to such illegal, invalid or unenforceable clause or provision as may be possible.
Addendum Controls. In the event of any conflict between this Addendum and the Agreement, the terms of this Addendum shall prevail and govern.
Addendum Controls. The provisions of this Addendum A shall control over any conflicting provisions of any Award Agreement in the event of a conflict. The provisions of the Plan shall control in the event of any conflict between the provisions of the Plan and the provisions of this Addendum A.

Addendum Controls. This Addendum is hereby made an integral part of and amends and modifies the Business Loan Agreement in the manner and to the extent set forth hereinafter. In the event of any conflict between any provisions of the Business Loan Agreement and any provisions of this Addendum, the provisions of this Addendum shall control and supersede the conflicting provisions of the Loan Agreement.
