Addendum or Addenda. The term “Addendum(a)” means a written document(s) issued by Judicial Council before award of the Project, interpreting the Contract Documents or answering questions of intended bidders, which modifies, supersedes, or supplements portions of, and are part of, the Contract Documents. All Addenda issued for the Project are included in Exhibit Q (Document 00 91 13).
