Common use of ADDENDUM OR RIDER Clause in Contracts

ADDENDUM OR RIDER. Any rider or addendum to this Agreement will be deemed to be incorporated into this Agreement as fully as if it were set forth at length herein. The terms and provisions of any such rider or addendum will control those of this Agreement, but only to the extent necessary to give them full effect. No such rider or addendum to this Agreement shall be binding or effective unless executed by both Purchaser and Seller.
