Adding Signatories Sample Clauses

Adding Signatories. ‌ Signatories may be added to this IA. Possible additional signatories to this IA would be additional: • Master permit holders (e.g., Counties, Cities) or • State or land management agencies who contribute to GCP minimization or mitigation strategies. Possible additional master permit holders would first contact the USFWS Utah Ecological Services Field Office to discuss responsibilities under the GCP and the process for receiving an ITP. The prospective master permit holder would review and agree to sign the revised Implementation Agreement, including specific commitments for the new master permit holder. The prospective master permit holder would then submit to the USFWS a completed ITP application form number 3-200-56 (Appendix C): xxxxx://xxx.xxx.xxx/forms/3-200-56.pdf. Possible additional State or land management agencies may be added to this agreement by consensus of the Parties if it is determined that their addition could help support the minimization and mitigation measures described in the GCP.
