Addition of Definitions of New Defined Terms to Annex I. The following definitions of the new defined terms set forth below are hereby added to Annex I to the Purchase Agreement, as follows: (i) The definition of the new defined term “Intraday VWAP Purchase Minimum Price Threshold” as set forth below shall be added to Annex I to the Purchase Agreement immediately following the definition of the term “Intraday VWAP Purchase Maximum Amount” and immediately prior to the definition of the term “Intraday VWAP Purchase Notice” in Annex I to the Purchase Agreement:
