Addition of Personnel. If an FAA requirement will increase the specified level of effort for a designated labor category, but not the overall level of effort of the contract, then the Contractor must notify the Contracting Officer to add personnel to the designated labor category. The Contractor must request added personnel as required by paragraph (4) below.
