Review of Personnel File. Upon written authority from an employee, OC shall permit the President of the Union or their designate to review that employee's personnel file in the office in which the file is normally kept in order to facilitate the proper investigation of a grievance.

Review of Personnel File. An employee shall have access to all material in the employee’s official personnel file at a time or times mutually convenient to OC and the employee. Examination of the contents of the official personnel file shall be in the presence of a person authorized by OC.

Review of Personnel File. An employee shall be allowed to review their own personnel file after requesting to do so through the chain of command in writing. Such request and authorization is not required during the employee’s non-working hours. This review will be afforded during normal business hours and work days of the Human Resources office. If a member wants copies of documents from the file, copies will cost five cents ($0.05) per page. A member can request to have their own entire file copied and, depending on the workload of the Human Resources office, it will be done as time is available.
Review of Personnel File. Employees shall be allowed to review all their personnel folders alone or with another bargaining unit employee or a xxxxxxx, along with someone from the appropriate department, at any reasonable time upon sufficient advance request. Materials in an employee's personnel folder may be disclosed only in compliance with state and federal law. The employee may have copies of material for a reasonable fee. Employees may include rebuttals to material for inclusion in the file.
Review of Personnel File. A bargaining unit member shall be permitted to review the contents of his personnel file (excluding initial references) in the presence of his supervisor at reasonable times upon notifying the Employer of his desire to do so at least forty-eight (48) hours in advance. The employee may have a union representative present at such review. If, upon reviewing such file, the employee may obtain a copy of any records contained therein.
