Addition of Sellers; Delivery of Schedules. (a) ITG agrees that, no later than twenty-one (21) days after the Effective Date it will cause this Agreement to be amended to add as Sellers hereunder any of its Subsidiaries that have any right, title or interest in or to any of the Assets. ITG and Buyer agree that any references herein to Sellers shall mean and include ITG and all such Subsidiaries, and the representations and warranties of ITG in this Agreement shall be made with respect to all Sellers as if all Sellers had been Parties to this Agreement on the date hereof.
