Addition of the New Client. As of the Effective Date, the execution and delivery of this Joinder shall constitute the execution and delivery by the New Client of the Agreement, the New Client shall be a party to the Agreement, and any references to “Client” in the Agreement shall be deemed to include the New Client. The terms of the Agreement shall be deemed to apply to the New Client as of the commencement of the Services by the Service Provider with respect to such New Client.
