Miscellaneous Service Fees and Charges. In addition to the amounts set forth above, Service Provider shall be entitled to receive the following amounts from the Client:
i. System development fees, billed at the rate of $150 per hour, as requested and pre-approved by the Client, and all systems-related expenses, agreed in advance, associated with the provision of special reports and services pursuant to any of the Schedules hereto;
ii. Fees for development of custom interfaces pre-approved by the Client, billed at the rate of $150 per hour;
iii. Ad hoc reporting fees pre-approved by the Client, billed at the rate of $150 per hour;
iv. Check and payment processing fees; and
v. Costs of rating agency services.
Miscellaneous Service Fees and Charges. In addition to the amounts set forth in paragraphs (1) and 2(A) above, Service Provider shall be entitled to receive the following amounts from the Client:
(i) System development fees, billed at the rate of $150 per hour, as requested and pre-approved by the Client, and all systems-related expenses, agreed in advance, associated with the provision of special reports and services pursuant to any of the Schedules hereto;
(ii) Fees for development of custom interfaces pre-approved by the Client, billed at the rate of $15 per hour;
(iii) Ad hoc reporting fees pre-approved by the Client, billed at the rate of $150 per hour;
(iv) Expenses associated with the tracking of “as-of trades”, billed at the rate of $50 per hour, as approved by the Client;
(v) Charges for the pricing information obtained from third party vendors for use in pricing the securities and other investments of the Funds’ portfolio;
(vi) Expenses associated with Service Provider’s anti-fraud procedures as it pertains to new account review;
(vii) The Client’s portion of SOC 1 (or any similar report) expenses, to the extent applicable;
(viii) Check and payment processing fees; and
(ix) Costs of rating services.
Miscellaneous Service Fees and Charges. In addition to the amounts set forth in paragraphs (1) and 2(A) above, Service Provider shall be entitled to receive the following amounts from the Client:
(i) A fee for managing and overseeing the report, print and mail functions performed by Service Provider’s third-party vendors, not to exceed $.04 per page for statements and $.03 per page for confirmations; fees for pre-approved programming in connection with creating or changing the forms of statements, billed at the rate of $150 per hour;
(ii) System development fees, billed at the rate of $150 per hour, as requested and pre-approved by the Client, and all systems-related expenses, agreed in advance, associated with the provision of special reports and services pursuant to any of the Schedules hereto;
(iii) Fees for development of custom interfaces pre-approved by the Client, billed at the rate of $150 per hour;
(iv) Ad hoc reporting fees pre-approved by the Client, billed at the rate of $150 per hour;
(v) Expenses associated with the tracking of “as-of trades”, billed at the rate of $50 per hour, as approved by the Client;
(vi) Charges for the pricing information obtained from third party vendors for use in pricing the securities and other investments of the Client’s portfolio;
(vii) Expenses associated with Service Provider’s anti-fraud procedures as it pertains to new account review;
(viii) The Client’s portion of SAS 70 (or any similar report) expenses, to the extent applicable; and
(ix) Check and payment processing fees.

Miscellaneous Service Fees and Charges. In addition to the amounts set forth in paragraphs (A) and (B) above, BISYS shall be entitled to receive the following amounts from the Trust:
(i) A fee for managing and overseeing the report, print and mail functions performed by BISYS' third-party vendors, not to exceed $.04 per page for statements and $.03 per page for confirmations; fees for pre-approved programming in connection with creating or changing the forms of statements, billed at the rate of $150 per hour;
(ii) System development fees, billed at the rate of $150 per hour, as requested and pre-approved by the Trust, and all systems-related expenses, agreed in advance, associated with the provision of special reports and services pursuant to any of the Schedules hereto;
(iii) Fees for development of custom interfaces pre-approved by the Trust, billed at a mutually agreed upon rate;
(iv) Ad hoc reporting fees pre-approved by the Trust, billed at a mutually agreed upon rate;
(v) Expenses associated with the tracking of "as-of" trades, billed at the rate of $50 per hour, as approved by the Trust;
(vi) Charges for the pricing information obtained from third party vendors for use in pricing the securities of each Portfolio's investment portfolio pursuant to Schedule B, which shall not exceed the amounts that would be incurred if the Portfolio were to obtain the information directly from the relevant vendor or vendors; and
(vii) Expenses associated with BISYS' anti-fraud procedures as it pertains to new account review and the performance of delegated services under the written anti-money laundering program ("AML Program") adopted by the Trust. If there are changes to any applicable laws which affect the Services provided by BISYS under this Agreement, and of which BISYS is notified in writing by the Trust or otherwise becomes aware, then BISYS shall use reasonable efforts to develop and implement any necessary changes in the systems and take any other actions reasonably required so that the services provided by BISYS continue to meet the requirements of applicable laws. BISYS and the Trust shall negotiate in good faith the costs associated with such systems modifications and other changes as may be necessary in connection with the foregoing.

(vi) Expenses associated with the tracking of “as-of trades”, billed at the rate of $50 per hour, as approved by the Client;

(i) Fees for pre-approved programming in connection with creating or changing the forms of statements, billed at the rate of $150 per hour;
(ii) System development fees, billed at the rate of $150 per hour, as requested and pre-approved by the Client, and all systems-related expenses, agreed in advance, associated with the provision of special reports pursuant to any of the Schedules hereto; provided that Service Provider will build at no additional cost: (A) all existing data feeds and reporting currently received by Client from its current service provider and (B) the trade-date tax lot/position data file that will be used by the Client to feed its order management/trading system;
(iii) Fees for development of custom interfaces pre-approved by the Client, billed at the rate of $150 per hour;
(iv) Ad hoc reporting fees pre-approved by the Client, billed at the rate of $150 per hour; and
(v) Fees for reprocessing trades due to errors not caused by Service Provider or its affiliates.

(vi) Charges for the pricing information obtained from third party vendors for use in pricing the securities and other investments of the Fund’s portfolio;
(vii) Expenses associated with Service Provider’s anti-fraud procedures as it pertains to new account review;
(viii) The Client’s portion of SAS 70 (or any similar report) expenses, to the extent applicable;
(ix) Check and payment processing fees; and
(x) Costs of rating agency services. THIS JOINDER (“Joinder”) made as of ____, 201_ (“Effective Date”) to that certain Sub-Administration Services Agreement dated as of [INSERT DATE] (as amended and in effect as of the date hereof, “Agreement”), by and among Citi Fund Services Ohio, Inc. (“Service Provider”),HSBC Global Asset Management (USA) Inc. (each, an “Existing Client” and a “Client”), and [NEW CLIENTS], each party added to the Agreement by this Joinder (each, a “New Client” and also a “Client”).
