Common use of Additional Activities Clause in Contracts

Additional Activities. I agree that during the period of my employment by the Company I will not, without the Company's express written consent, engage in any employment or business activity which is competitive with, or would otherwise conflict with, my employment by the Company. I agree further that for the period of my employment by the Company and for one (l) year after the date of termination of my employment by the Company I will not induce any employee of the Company to leave the employ of the Company.

Additional Activities. I agree that during the period of my employment by the Company I will not, without the Company's ’s express written consent, engage in any employment or business activity which is competitive with, or would otherwise conflict with, my employment by the Company. I agree further that for the period of my employment by the Company and for one (l) year after the date of termination of my employment by the Company I will not induce any employee of the Company to leave the employ of the Company.

I agree further that for the period of my employment by the Company Company, and for one twelve (l12) year months after the date of termination of my employment by the Company Company, I will not induce any employee of the Company to leave the employ of the Company. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the Company acknowledges and agrees that I may engage in the activities contemplated by the agreements referred to in Section 2.1.
