Construction Cost Estimates. The Project Architect shall submit construction cost estimates as described in Article 1.1.15 at completion of the Schematic Design Phase, Design Development Phase and at the following stages of completion of the Construction Documents Phase: 50%, 75%, 100%.
Construction Cost Estimates. Prepare Construction Cost Estimates setting forth in detail Design-Builder's estimate of construction costs, including all Actual Costs and Design-Builder Contingency and Fees, at each stage of the design and for the construction of the Project and each Component thereof. Such estimates shall include the cost of safety factors. Such Construction Cost Estimates shall be prepared and updated continually as construction documents are developed and shall be formally submitted to Owner, to Using Agency, and to Program Manager when each Component Change Order is issued or at such more frequent intervals as Owner may reasonably request.
Construction Cost Estimates. Consultant shall develop and maintain Construction Cost Estimates within the parameters of District’s Construction Cost Budget through all phases of its Services. Consultant shall base all Construction Cost Estimates on the most current architectural program as approved by District and shall prepare updated Construction Cost Estimates at the following phases of the Project: End of Schematic Design, end of Design Development, and at Construction Documents, all as provided below. The following conditions apply to each Construction Cost Estimate prepared by Consultant: Base all costs on current price information appropriate to the level of design detail with escalation rate and duration clearly identified as a separate line item. Cost escalation rates and projected bid and construction dates shall be as approved by District. Present each Construction Cost Estimate in a building systems format using the Construction Specification Institute (“CSI”) format. Include contingencies for design, bidding, and construction as individual line items, with the percentage and base of calculation clearly identified. Include all information and estimates from District and District’s consultants that are intended to be part of the Construction Cost Budget. Reconcile each Construction Cost Estimate with District’s Construction Cost Budget. Where the Consultant Cost Estimate exceeds the Construction Cost Budget, Consultant shall at its sole expense provide design scenarios with associated costs that will bring the Construction Cost Estimate within the Budget.
Construction Cost Estimates. Prepare Construction Cost Estimates setting forth in detail CM/GC's estimate of construction costs, including all Actual Costs and CM/GC Contingency and Fees, at each stage of the design and for the construction of the Project and each Component thereof. Such estimates shall include the cost of safety factors. Such Construction Cost Estimates shall be prepared and updated continually as construction documents are developed and shall be formally submitted to Owner, to Using Agency, and to Design Professional when each Component Change Order is issued or at such more frequent intervals as Owner may reasonably request.
Construction Cost Estimates. Construction Cost Estimates are estimates of the then current costs of labor, materials, equipment and services plus a reasonable allowance for the Contractor’s profit, overhead and administrative cost as necessary to complete construction of an Assigned Project in accordance with the Design Documents. Construction Cost Estimates shall include a reasonable allowance for contingencies relating to market conditions at the time of solicitation of bids for construction of the Assigned Project and Changes to the Assigned Project during construction of the Assigned Project; the allowance for contingency costs shall be consistent with the contingency established by the District in the Project Budget for an Assigned Project, if any.
Construction Cost Estimates. Form and Timing The Service Provider shall provide full and complete estimates of the total construction cost of the Project, and summarize cost information in a CPDC form 2-7 format, as detailed in the Task Order. These estimates may occur at: 100% Schematic Design. 100% Preliminary Design. 50% and 95% Construction Documents. Contents Each cost estimate shall: Be in a format acceptable to the Trustees (Uniformat, CSI or similar) as detailed in the Task Order. Reflect the best professional estimate of actual costs anticipated. Establish internal estimating allowances, consistent with good professional practice, appropriate to the phase of development. Larger allowances are assumed held at early phases gradually diminishing to zero at completion of final cost estimate. Do not include a discrete line-item allowance for ‘contingency.’ Provide a line item adjustment for inflation to the bid date as appropriate to the project delivery schedule. Trustees’ authorization for Service Provider to proceed with the next step in the design process is contingent on the acceptance of the building cost estimates as compared to the Trustees’ Construction Budget. Refer to the design “Procedure Manual for CSU Capital Projects” (RFP–Appendices) for a description of the design documents at each phase.
Construction Cost Estimates. D2.1. If at any time the Consultant considers their estimates indicate the cost will exceed the project budget they will immediately advise the G.N.W.T. If in the opinion of the G.N.W.T. the excess is due to design, cost factors or matters under the control or reasonably foreseeable by the Consultant, the G.N.W.T. may require the Consultant at their expense and at no additional cost to the G.N.W.T., do everything by way of revision of design to bring the cost estimate within the project budget.
Construction Cost Estimates. Prepare Construction Cost Estimates setting forth in detail CMR's estimate of construction costs, including all Actual Costs and CMR Contingency and Fees, at each stage of the design and for the construction of the Project and each Component thereof. Such estimates shall include the cost of safety factors. Such Construction Cost Estimates shall be prepared and updated continually as construction documents are developed and shall be formally submitted to the Design Professional and the SCCPSS Representative when each Component Change Order is issued or at such more frequent intervals as Board may reasonably request.
Construction Cost Estimates. The Contractor shall prepare construction cost estimates in the format provided in Attachment 2 “Form of Construction Cost Estimate - Summary” of this Contract at every Phase and for the MACC negotiations, unless otherwise approved by the Owner.
Construction Cost Estimates. Construction Cost Estimates are estimates of the then current costs of labor, materials, equipment, and services plus a reasonable allowance for the Trade Contractors' profit, overhead and administrative cost as necessary to complete construction of the Project in accordance with the Design Documents. Construction Cost Estimates shall include an appropriate allowance for contingencies relating to market conditions at the time of solicitation of Trade Contractor bids for the Project and Changes in the Work during construction of the Project. In the event any Construction Cost Estimate exceeds the Owner’s Project Budget by more than two percent (2%), the CM shall immediately inform the Owner and provide the Owner with specific recommendations for bringing the Construction Cost estimate back within the Project Budget.
