Additional information about Domain 4 may be collected by the ancillary staff employee using the Professional Log and provided to his/her supervisor. Informal observations may be conducted, with the knowledge of the ancillary staff employee, by another administrator knowledgeable of the ancillary staff employee’s content and/or grade level. Concerns or complaints may not be used as part of the ancillary staff employee’s evaluation unless they have been brought to the attention of the ancillary staff employee in a timely manner and said discussion with the ancillary staff employee has been properly documented by the administrator.
