ADDITIONAL APPRENTICE REQUIRED. After the first required hire of an Apprentice, the Individual Employer may hire an additional Apprentice for every three (3) Journeymen and he must, if available, hire at least one (1) Apprentice for every additional eight (8) Journeymen.
