Additional Assessments. Students may participate in any or all District assessment programs in which the District students in comparable grades or schools participate and shall participate in any other assessments as described in the Application. The School shall be responsible for the costs of District assessments that are not required by law or this Charter, except those developed with federal funds or those developed using Florida’s Item Bank and Test Platform

When determining the baseline standard of achievement for students, the School shall develop maintain, monitor, track, and include the following: 1) How the baseline student academic achievement levels and prior rates of academic progress will be established; 2) How these baseline rates will be compared to rates of academic progress achieved by these same students while attending the School; 3) To the extent possible, how these rates or progress will be evaluated and compared with rates of progress of other closely comparable student populations.
Additional Assessments. All attempts will be made to prevent additional assessments by including all anticipated costs in the monthly dues. However, there might be unforeseen issues that arise that require an additional assessment to Club members in order to maintain the fiscal stability of the Club. The Board of Directors will determine that assessment and the assessment schedule, and will communicate the amount, schedule and reason to all Club members thirty (30) days prior to charging the assessment. Any Club member, with a second from another Club member, may request a special meeting of Club members in order to vote on striking down the assessment. Additional Assessments. The Turnkey Price shall not cover the costs and expenses of (i) services, equipment and any facilities necessary or appropriate for the production and sale or disposal of oil and/or natural gas liquids, (ii) drilling through, casing and cementing a void in a coal mine or seam with respect to any well. Any such extra costs shall be paid by the parties in proportion to their respective interests in the well with respect to which such expenses were incurred, or, if not set forth therein, at Operator's invoice costs for expenses incurred or third party services performed and materials furnished, plus ten percent (10%), which ten percent shall be in lieu of any charge by Operator for its profit or overhead.
