Minimum Components of SIP. During any year of the Charter, in which the School is required to have a School Improvement Plan (if any), the School agrees to include in the School Improvement Plan all requirements outlined in the plan based on the school’s status under school grades, Title 1 status and/or any other state or federal requirement as applicable to charter schools. The School Improvement Plan shall also contain the baseline standard of achievement, the outcomes to be achieved, and the methods of measurement that have been mutually agreed upon in the School Accountability Plan submitted to the Sponsor. The School Improvement Plan must require the clear identification of source documentation for data and, where applicable, reliance upon state generated disaggregated data. The School Improvement Plan must require annual adequate progress toward Accountability Plan goals.

The School Improvement Plan shall also contain the baseline standard of achievement, the outcomes to be achieved, and the methods of measurement that have been mutually agreed upon in the School Accountability Plan submitted to the Sponsor. The School Improvement Plan must require the clear identification source documentation for date and, where applicable, reliance upon State generated disaggregated data.   • Program Components Activities and services delivered under this Program Element align with Foundational Programs and Foundational Capabilities, as defined in Oregon’s Public Health Modernization Manual, (xxxx://xxx.xxxxxx.xxx/oha/PH/ABOUT/TASKFORCE/Documents/public_health_modernization_man ual.pdf) as well as with public health accountability outcome and process metrics (if applicable) as follows:

  • Maximum Contract Amount 4.4.1. Notwithstanding any other provision of this Agreement, the City’s maximum payment obligation will not exceed ($_) (the “Maximum Contract Amount”). The City is not obligated to execute an agreement or any amendments for any further services, including any services performed by the Contractor beyond that specifically described in Exhibit A. Any services performed beyond those in Exhibit A or performed outside the Term are performed at the Contractor’s risk and without authorization under this Agreement.

  • Minimum Call (a) Should an employee report for work on a regular scheduled basis and there is no work available, they shall be paid a minimum of four (4) hours’ pay at their regular rate.

  • MINIMUM ORDER QUANTITY The State makes no commitment to purchase any minimum or maximum quantity, or dollar volume of products from the selected suppliers. Utilization of this agreement will be on an as needed basis by State Agencies and/or Cooperative Participants, Cities, Counties, Schools K-12, Colleges and Universities. The State will award to multiple suppliers; however, the State reserves the right to purchase like and similar products from other suppliers as necessary to meet operational requirements. Note: Issuance of an award does not guarantee an order.

  • Term and Maximum Compensation 1.4.1. The term of this CONTRACT is for three (3) years, commencing upon Board of Supervisor approval, with a maximum allowable compensation of one million, five hundred thousand dollars ($1,500,000), with the option to renew for two (2) additional years, with Board approval; except as permitted in Paragraph 1.5 below.

  • Components Patheon will purchase and test all Components (with the exception of Client-Supplied Components) at Patheon’s expense and as required by the Specifications.

  • EODUF Packing Specifications 7.3.1 The data will be packed using ATIS EMI records. A pack will contain a minimum of one (1) message record or a maximum of ninety-nine thousand nine hundred and ninety-nine (99,999) message records plus a pack header record and a pack trailer record. One transmission can contain a maximum of ninety-nine (99) packs and a minimum of one (1) pack.

  • ODUF Packing Specifications 6.3.1 The data will be packed using ATIS EMI records.   • MINIMUM CALL-IN If a member is called in for extra work, they shall be paid a minimum of four (4) hour pay at their straight hourly rate.

  • Minimum Customer Support Requirements for TIPS Sales Vendor shall provide timely and commercially reasonable support for TIPS Sales or as agreed to in the applicable Supplemental Agreement.
