Additional Breach of Representation or Covenant. A material breach by Seller of any other material representation, warranty or covenant set forth in this Agreement (and not otherwise specified in Section 7.01(f) above), if such breach is not cured within five (5) Business Days or, in the case of a breach of Section 6.02, three (3) Business Days, and in the case of a breach of Section 2 of the Pricing Side Letter (Financial Covenants), one (1) Business Day.
