Additional Classes. In the event that the Board of Directors determines a Fund shall issue any additional classes of shares, the Corporation and the Investment Manager may enter into an addendum setting forth the name of the class(es), the fee schedule for each and such other terms and conditions as are applicable to the management of such class(es).
Additional Classes. In the event additional early childhood classes are scheduled, they will be offered to ECFE teachers based on seniority. Should funding not be available, reduction in full-time equivalency would also be based on seniority.
Additional Classes. Any teacher who agrees to teach an additional class during the teacher’s preparation period as shown on the annual master schedule will be paid an additional one-eighth (1/8) of the teacher’s annual salary for teaching such additional class.
Additional Classes a. The following standards shall be used for the purpose of defining the FTE for a secondary employee. A secondary employee shall be considered as 1.0 FTE if the employee teaches five 50 to 60 minute classes per day for the entire school year. Secondary employees who are contracted for fewer than five 50 to 60 minute classes per day shall be given a fractional FTE which shall be prorated from these standards. Employees who teach during the regular course of their work day one extra class beyond a 1.0 FTE, shall be paid in the following manner: For the purpose of computing compensation, each extra 50 to 60 minute class taught per day, the employee shall receive 1/5th of one day of the employee’s regular contracted base salary.
Additional Classes. The Fund is authorized to issue separate classes of shares representing interests in separate investment portfolios. The parties intend that each portfolio established by the Fund, be covered by the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
Additional Classes. Section 1. The rate for taking an additional class when it is impossible to obtain a substitute shall be $25.00 for the duration of the contract.
Section 2. If an additional class is added to a study hall or other class, the certificated teacher will be paid $25.00 for the duration of this contract.
Section 3. Substituting in the middle and elementary schools.
A. Teachers will be paid $25.00 per class period for teaching during scheduled periods of art, music, physical education, or during the teacher’s lunch period for the duration of the contract.
B. Teachers will be paid $25.00 per class period for supervising a classroom or study hall during their scheduled planning and conference period for the duration of this contract.
C. The first two (2) days of the new school year are exempt from any provisions of the Article.

Additional Classes. If the student satisfactorily completes any of the above subjects/courses before the ending date of this agreement, one or more subjects/courses may be added to this agreement if the agreement is re-signed and re-dated by the teacher and the student.
Additional Classes. In the event that the Fund establishes one or more classes of Shares after the effectiveness of this Agreement, such classes of Shares shall become Classes under this Agreement. Forum or the Fund may elect not to make any such classes subject to this Agreement.
Additional Classes. $15,000 per annum per class for each class in excess of two per Portfolio All reasonable expenses incurred by the Administrator on behalf of a Portfolio will be billed to the applicable Portfolio quarterly in arrears as set forth in Section 7.02 of this Agreement.
