A counterpart signature page and acknowledgement to the Limited Partnership Agreement in respect of the Project Company dated November 4, 2014 between Pattern Henvey Inlet LP Holdings LP (as legal successor to Pattern Renewable Holdings Canada ULC), Nigig Power Corporation and GP2, executed by Pattern Canada Finance Company ULC.
