Additional Consultant Responsibilities. Consultant understands the regulated nature of the pharmaceutical industry and the need for Company to retain control of the creation, approval and dissemination (including but not limited to any posting or placement of any social media of any type) of all material created as a result of this Agreement. Consultant represents and warrants that Consultant will not release any material without the express written approval of Company. All material created as a result of this Agreement shall be reviewed and approved through an applicable Company review process or procedure.
