Additional Contract Provisions. FEDERAL PROVISIONS Funds used for payment of this Contract may be from or subject to reimbursement by state and/or federal funds. Some of these funding sources require additional contractual obligations and County and Contractor hereby agree to the following additional terms and conditions. The parties agree to each of these terms for reasons including, but not limited to, meeting all contracting requirements as set forth in 2 C.R.F. § 200.326 and 2 C.F.R. Part 200, Appendix II. These terms supplement the General Terms and Conditions.
