Additional Contract Restrictions. A. Noncompliance with the requirements of nondiscrimination in services shall constitute grounds for DHCS to withhold payments under this Contract or terminate all, or any type, of funding provided hereunder. B. This Contract is subject to any additional restrictions, limitations, or conditions enacted by the federal or state governments that affect the provisions, terms, or funding of this Contract in any manner.
