ADDITIONAL COVENANTS OF CUSTODIAN. The Custodian shall, as and when reasonably requested by the Fund, provide the Fund with evidence satisfactory to the Fund that the warranties set out in Sections 14.3(a) and 14.3(b) are true and correct.
