ADDITIONAL COVENANTS OF CUSTODIAN. The Custodian shall, as and when requested by the Customer, provide the Customer with evidence reasonably satisfactory to the Customer that the warranties set out in Sections 12.3(a) and 12.3(b) are true and correct.
