Additional Divisions. This Agreement shall also apply to any other Magna division where a majority of Employees decide, through a Secret Ballot Vote, that they wish to be represented by Unifor and its Local 2009 AP (Unifor). This agreement shall also apply to any facility acquired by the Company after the effective date of this Agreement, if the employees of such facility are represented by the Unifor and its Local 2009 AP (Unifor)
