Additional Divisions. This Agreement shall also apply to any other Magna division where a majority of Employees decide, through a Secret Ballot Vote, that they wish to be represented by the CAW. This agreement shall also apply to any facility acquired by the Company after the effective date of this Agreement, if the employees of such facility are represented by the CAW.
