Common use of Additional duties respecting the General Consulting Services Clause in Contracts

Additional duties respecting the General Consulting Services. Without in any manner limiting the generality of the General Consulting Services to be provided as set forth in section "2.1" hereinabove, it is hereby also acknowledged and agreed that Consultant will, during the continuance of this Agreement, devote a reasonably sufficient portion of the Consultant's consulting time to the General Consulting Services of the Consultant as may be determined and required by the Board of Directors for the performance of said General Consulting Services faithfully, diligently, to the best of the Consultant's abilities and in the best interests of the Company.
