Common use of Additional duties respecting the General Services Clause in Contracts

Additional duties respecting the General Services. Without in any manner limiting the generality of the General Services to be provided as set forth in section "2.1" hereinabove, it is hereby also acknowledged and agreed that Consultant will, during the continuance of this Agreement, devote reasonably all of the Consultant's consulting time to the General Services of the Consultant as may be determined and required by the Board of Directors of the Company for the performance of said General Services faithfully, diligently, to the best of the Consultant's abilities and in the best interests of the Company and, furthermore, that the Consultant's consulting time will be prioritized at all times for the Company in that regard.

Additional duties respecting the General Services. Without in any manner limiting the generality of the General Services to be provided as set forth in section "2.1" hereinabove2.1 herein, it is hereby also acknowledged and agreed that Consultant will, during the continuance of this AgreementTerm, devote reasonably all a significant portion of the Consultant's consulting time to the General Services of the Consultant as may be determined and required by the Board of Directors of the Company for the performance of said General Services faithfully, diligently, to the best of the Consultant's abilities and in the best interests of the Company and, furthermore, that the Consultant's consulting time will be prioritized at all times for the Company in that regard.

Without in any manner limiting the generality of the General Services to be provided as set forth in section "“2.1" ” hereinabove, it is hereby also acknowledged and agreed that Consultant will, during the Initial Term and during the continuance of this Agreement, devote reasonably all of the Consultant's ’s reserved (as identified in Section 2.1) consulting time to the General Services of the Consultant as may be determined and required by the Board of Directors of the Company for the performance of said General Services faithfully, diligently, to the best of the Consultant's ’s abilities and in the best interests of the Company and, furthermore, Company. Furthermore that the Consultant's consulting Company will receive no less priority for Consultants time will be prioritized at all times for the Company in that regardthan any other of its clients or Consultants own business interests.

Without in any manner limiting the generality of the General Services to be provided as set forth forth, in section "2.12.2" hereinabove, it is hereby also acknowledged and agreed that Consultant Amended Management Consulting Services Agreement Petrogen Corp will, during the continuance of this Agreement, devote reasonably all of the Consultant's consulting time to the General Services of the Consultant as may be determined and required by the Board of Directors of the Company for the performance of said General Services faithfully, diligently, to the best of the Consultant's abilities and in the best interests of the Company Companies and, furthermore, that the Consultant's consulting time will be prioritized at all times for the Company Companies in that regard.

Without in any manner limiting the generality of the General Services to be provided as set forth in section "2.1" hereinabove, it is hereby also acknowledged and agreed that Consultant will, during the continuance of this Agreement, devote a reasonably all sufficient portion of the Consultant's consulting time to the General Services of the Consultant as may be determined and required by the Board of Directors of the Company for the performance of said General Services faithfully, diligently, to the best of the Consultant's abilities and in the best interests of the Company and, furthermore, that the Consultant's consulting time will be prioritized at all times for the Company in that regard.

Without in any manner limiting the generality of the General Services to be provided as set forth in section "2.12.2" hereinabove, it is hereby also acknowledged and agreed that Consultant Amended Management Consulting Services Agreement Petrogen Corp. will, during the continuance of this Agreement, devote reasonably all of the Consultant's consulting time to the General Services of the Consultant as may be determined determined, and required by the Board of Directors of the Company for the performance of said General Services faithfully, diligently, to the best of the Consultant's abilities and in the best interests of the Company Companies and, furthermore, that the Consultant's consulting time will be prioritized at all times for the Company Companies in that regard.
