Common use of Additional Employment Benefits Clause in Contracts

Additional Employment Benefits. Executive shall be entitled to participate in all benefits made generally available by Company to its executive officers during the period covered by this Agreement including, without limitation, vacations, pension plans, profit sharing plans, stock option plans, deferred compensation plans, hospitalization insurance, health and accident insurance, disability insurance, group term life insurance, automobile allowances and all other fringe benefits which may be provided by Company for its executive officers during the term of employment.

Additional Employment Benefits. Executive shall be entitled to participate in all benefits made generally available by Company to its executive officers during the period covered by this Agreement Agreement, including, without limitation, vacations, pension plans, profit sharing plans, stock option plans, deferred compensation plans, hospitalization insurance, health and accident insurance, disability insurance, group term life insurance, automobile allowances and all other fringe benefits which may be provided by Company for its executive officers during the term of employment.

Additional Employment Benefits. The Executive shall be entitled to participate in all benefits made generally available by the Company to its executive officers full-time employees during the period covered by this Agreement Agreement, including, without limitation, vacationsany health, pension plans, profit sharing plans, stock option plans, deferred compensation plans, hospitalization insurance, health dental and accident insurance, disability insurance, group term life insurance, automobile allowances insurance and all other fringe benefits which may be provided by the Company from time to time for any of its executive officers executives during the term of employmentemployment pursuant to this Agreement.
