Additional Energy Conservations. Where an Annual Project Benefits Shortfall has occurred, GESA Contractor may, subject to Funding Agency approval, implement additional Energy Conservation Measures, at no cost to Funding Agency, which may generate additional Project Benefits in future years of the Guarantee Term. Such improvements do not relieve the GESA Contractor from liability set forth in Paragraph 2-2(A).

  • Energy Conservation The Contractor agrees to comply with mandatory standards and policies relating to energy efficiency which are contained in the state energy conservation plan issued in compliance with the Energy Policy and Conservation Act.
