Additional Entitlements. In the case of any of the terminations of employment noted in Section 6 or 7 of this Agreement, Employee or his estate shall be entitled to:
(i) Base Salary through the date of termination of employment with the Company (the “Termination Date”);
(ii) the balance of any incentive awards earned and due but not yet paid;
(iii) Employee’s accrued and unused vacation time, if any, through the Termination Date;
(iv) other payments and benefits, if any, in accordance with applicable plans, programs and other arrangements of the Company; and
(v) the continued entitlements, as applicable, described in Sections 4(d) and 6(d). The payments to be made pursuant to clauses (i) through (iv) above shall be made in a single cash lump sum by no later than ten (10) business days following the Employee’s Termination Date.
Additional Entitlements. In addition to all other entitlements part-time employees shall be entitled to leave in accordance with the provisions of the Annual leave and Sick & Xxxxx’s leave provisions of this agreement together with loading.
Additional Entitlements. Employees shall be paid the entitlements set out in this Clause 19.2 in addition to Annual Remuneration:
Additional Entitlements. Tenant acknowledges and agrees that (i) Landlord may be able to obtain additional entitlements for approximately 190,000 additional rentable square feet at the Project (“Additional Entitlements”), (ii) if Landlord obtains any or all such Additional Entitlements, the Project Site Plan may be revised by Landlord to include such additional square footage, (iii) in no event is Landlord obligated to seek or obtain such Additional Entitlements, and (iv) if Landlord obtains any or all such Additional Entitlements, Tenant’s Expansion Right shall, at Landlord’s option, include such additional square footage subject to all of the other provisions of this Section 39; provided, however, that Tenant shall not be required to pay Land Rent in connection with such Additional Entitlements. In no event shall any portion of the square footage comprising the Additional Entitlements be added to Building 6 or Building 7 so long as Tenant continues to have the Expansion Rights under this Lease and Tenant is paying the Land Rent.
Additional Entitlements. 5.1 You shall be entitled to 36 days of leave per annum (including weekends and public holidays) and 10 days of sick leave per annum. Annual leave shall accrue up to a maximum of 60 days during the term of the Agreement. 5.2 The Company shall reimburse you for all reasonable out of pocket expenses incurred along with all reasonable travel and accommodation costs incurred by you in the course of carrying out your duties under this Agreement. You shall produce to the Company the proper documentation to verify such expenses for reimbursement
Additional Entitlements. Subject to your continued employment through the Effective Date (other than a termination of your employment without Cause (as defined in the Employment Agreement, dated as of April 9, 2007, as amended (the “Employment Agreement”), between you and the Company) by the Company, your execution of and compliance with your obligations under this Agreement and your ratification and confirmation as of the Effective Date of the release and representation contained in Sections 11(a), 11(b) and 11(c) as set forth on the signature page below, and in consideration of the covenants incorporated herein and the waiver and release set forth below, and provided that you do not revoke this Agreement in accordance with Section 14(i), you will be entitled to the following:
Additional Entitlements. 16.3.1 An Employee with not less than 12 months service with the Company, upon the exhaustion of accumulated full pay sick leave credits may be granted, in each year of service, an additional period of not more than 90 days non cumulative sick leave on half pay.
16.3.2 An Employee is also entitled to an additional four (4) calendar days sick leave each year without the requirement to produce a medical certificate in respect of illness relating to an upper respiratory tract infection. This entitlement is not cumulative.
16.3.3 An Employee granted sick leave for an illness or injury for which the Employee has received treatment or attended a medical practitioner, shall remain on sick leave until such time as the Employee is deemed to be medically fit in accordance with the relevant Civil Aviation Regulations relating to fitness to fly, as laid down by the Civil Aviation Safety Authority.
16.3.4 In the case of Crewpersons, a standard of fitness as laid down in Company policy must be displayed by the Employee in regular fitness assessments.
16.3.5 Any application for leave of absence on the grounds of illness expect for Clause 16.3.2 herein must be accompanied with a medical certificate if in excess of one day, otherwise such leave shall be leave without pay.
Additional Entitlements. 5.1 You shall be entitled to 22 working days of leave per annum. Annual leave shall accrue up to a maximum of 44 days during the term of the Agreement. 17 working days (three weeks) of annual leave accrued while employed under your previous contract will carry over to your new contract as an entitlement under this Agreement.
5.2 Your annual leave entitlement that had accrued up until 31st December 2003 will be paid out at your direction with the exception of 3 weeks (17 working days) leave which will be transferred as an entitlement payable by PT Xxxxxxx Indopearls.
5.3 The Company shall reimburse you for all reasonable out of pocket expenses incurred along with all reasonable travel and accommodation costs incurred by you in the course of carrying out your duties under this Agreement. You shall produce to the Company the proper documentation to verify such expenses for reimbursement.
Additional Entitlements. Primary Carer
(a) The primary carer is entitled to eighteen (18) weeks paid parental leave at the time of commencing leave (at the salary and time fraction at commencement of leave).
Additional Entitlements. The City shall review and use all reasonable efforts to expeditiously process any subdivision map, parcel map, use permit, variance, design review or other discretionary or ministerial approval which may be submitted in connection with development and construction of the CRT Project.
