Alternative Forms of Notice Any notice or request required or permitted to be given by a Party to the other Parties and not required by this Agreement to be given in writing may be so given by telephone, facsimile or email to the telephone numbers and email addresses set out in Appendix F hereto.
Contents of Notice The notice of each Member meeting shall include a description of the purpose(s) for which the meeting is called. EFFECTIVE DATE AND NOTICE OF NONLIABILITY This Agreement shall not be effective or enforceable until it is approved and signed by the State Controller or its designee (hereinafter called the “Effective Date”), but shall be effective and enforceable thereafter in accordance with its provisions. Notice of Schedule For any NEO that takes place on a regular, recurring schedule, the sponsoring Department shall be responsible for providing annual notice to the Union.
