Common use of Additional Information about Force Majeure Event Clause in Contracts

Additional Information about Force Majeure Event. Within three (3) Days following the termination of any Force Majeure Event, the Party having invoked such Force Majeure Event as a cause for the failure or delay in the performance of any obligation under this Agreement (other than the payment of money) shall submit to the other Party reasonable proof of the cause and nature of such delay and its effect upon the performance of the obligations of such Party under this Agreement.
