Additional Information Requirements. 28.1 During evaluation of the Bids, additional information may be requested in writing from Bidders. Replies to such request must be submitted, within three (3) Business Days or as otherwise indicated. Additional Information Requirements. Related): During the course of this project you will be using portions of the Allowance, which was initially deducted from your contract when you figured out your DBE requirement. As the allowance is used on the project, it is to be added back into the total contract price.
