TOTAL CONTRACT PRICE. The total price to be paid by Buyer for the purchase of the Property (“Total Contract Price”) including the escrow deposit to be made by Buyer shall be as follows and shall be paid in immediately available U.S. funds (i.e., cash, wire transfer or cashier’s check drawn on a US bank account):

TOTAL CONTRACT PRICE. This contract is a contract with a total price, the contract price shall not be adjusted except for article 13 of the change and the adjustment to the contract price, as well as other articles of relevant additional and reduced amount in this contract.

The service fee has included all costs for the completion of all of Party B's services specified in this Agreement (including all direct and indirect costs, advertising design costs, advertising production costs, third-party advertising placement costs and the costs of employing third-party personnel, including but not limited to administrative costs, salaries of third-party service personnel, on-site services, welfare, insurance, transportation, accommodation and communication costs).
