Our Secure Email provides you with a safe, secure way to correspond with us and to send documents. • When you use Online Banking to access Secure Email and send messages and documents to Customer Care, the content of your message will be transmitted using technology intended to protect your privacy. • We are not responsible for any information sent by you through an email system other than Secure Email as it may not be secure and may be observed by third parties in its transmission. • We need a reasonable amount of time to research and reply to your requests, although we will make every effort to respond to your message within 24 hours when sent via Secure Email. Messages sent outside Secure Email may not be held to the same response time.

Secure Email. You may use secure Email available on our website at XxxxxxxxxxXX.xxx or send us a message through the Secure Message Center in online banking. Email may not, however, be used to initiate a transfer on your account or a stop payment request. The Credit Union may not immediately receive Email communications that you send and the Credit Union will not take action based on Email requests until the Credit Union actually receives your message and has a reasonable opportunity to act. If you need to contact the Credit Union immediately regarding an unauthorized transaction or stop payment request, you may call the Credit Union at the telephone number set forth in Section 4.
Secure Email. Customers using the Service will have access to a secured email client (the “e-mail Client”) for the transmission of electronic mail (“e-mail”) between the Customer and the Custodian (“e-mail Service”). The Customer shall use the Service solely for the Customer’s business use. Customer acknowledges that the e-mail Client is not intended for the transmission of instructions to transfer cash, securities or other assets. The Customer shall not transmit, and the Custodian shall have no obligation to act upon, any such instructions. The Customer acknowledges that in the event of the termination or suspension of the Service the Customer will be prohibited from accessing e-mails stored on the designated server.

Secure Email. Sending electronic mail through Guaranty Bank Online Message Center is a way to communicate with us. The Message Center is provided for you to ask questions about your account(s) and provide general feedback. The Message Center is accessible after you sign on with your password to a session of Guaranty Bank Online. To ensure the security of your account information, we recommend that you use the Message Center when asking specific questions about your account(s). You cannot use the Message Center to initiate transactions on your account(s). For banking transactions, please use the appropriate functions within Guaranty Bank Online or call 000.000.0000. You can submit address changes through the Message Center.
Secure Email. 1. Contractor shall ensure files and email exchanges are secure. If Contractor provides a secure web site, web site shall maintain a long term history of email and allow for recipients to add email recipients not already included on the original email. Contractor shall comply with State and Federal laws for maintaining secure email.
Secure Email. 9.2 The Supplier shall ensure that if an online system to manage Transaction data is provided to the Customer, it has no limitations on the volumes of data that can be downloaded, so the Customer can download the information they require.
Secure Email. All scheduled maintenance on the Secure Email Service occurs every Sunday morning from 12 AM until 2 AM or by special arrangement.
