Additional Insurance Benefits. Section 1: The City agrees to provide the additional insurance benefits listed below for each covered member at no cost to that member: Long Term Disability Insurance coverage, shall be administered solely by the Union. The City shall reimburse the Union directly for the cost of that plan on a quarterly basis; Catastrophic Major Medical coverage shall be administered solely by the Union. The City shall reimburse the Union directly for the cost of that plan on a quarterly basis.
