Common use of ADDITIONAL INSURED ENDORSEMENT AND PRIMARY AND NON-CONTRIBUTORY INSURANCE CLAUSE Clause in Contracts

ADDITIONAL INSURED ENDORSEMENT AND PRIMARY AND NON-CONTRIBUTORY INSURANCE CLAUSE. Vendor agrees to name Sourcewell and its Members, including their officers, agents, and employees, as an additional insured under the Vendor’s commercial general liability insurance policy with respect to liability arising out of activities, “operations,” or “work” performed by or on behalf of Vendor, and products and completed operations of Vendor. The policy provision(s) or endorsement(s) must further provide that coverage is primary and not excess over or contributory with any other valid, applicable, and collectible insurance or self-insurance maintained by the additional insureds. Notwithstanding the minimum limits of coverages set forth herein, Vendor shall name Sourcewell and its Members, including their officers, agents, and employees as an additional insured for the full limits of insurance coverage, including but not limited to any excess policy coverage, purchased by Vendor.
