Additional Insured Endorsements. An original Additional Insured Endorsement, signed by an authorized insurance company representative, must be submitted to the City of Sparks, by attachment to the Certificate of Insurance, to evidence the endorsement of the City of Sparks as additional insured.
Additional Insured Endorsements. Contractor’s commercial general liability policy, automobile liability policy, and, if applicable, umbrella policy must be endorsed to name the following as additional insureds with respect to liabilities arising out of the performance of this Agreement: the JBE, the State of California, the Judicial Council of California, and their respective judges, subordinate judicial officers, executive officers, administrators, officers, officials, agents, representatives, contractors, volunteers or employees.
Additional Insured Endorsements. (a) The Commercial General Liability policy must be endorsed to name as Additional Insured the City and County of San Francisco, its Officers, Agents, and Employees.

All policies required in this Section, with the exception of Workers' Compensation and Professional Liability, must be endorsed to name the following as additional insureds with respect to liabilities arising out of the Consultant's Services for the Judicial Council under this Agreement: the State of California, the Judicial Council of California, the State’s trial courts, appellate courts, justices, judges, subordinate judicial officers, court executive officers, court administrators, and any and all of their officers, agents, representatives, volunteers and employees.
Additional Insured Endorsements. The Engineer agrees to endorse the City as an Additional Insured on each insurance policy required to be maintained, with the exception of the worker’s compensation, employer’s liability and professional liability policy.

All policies required in Section 13.A above, with the exception of Workers’ Compensation, and Professional Liability, must be endorsed to name the following as additional insureds with respect to liabilities arising out of the performance of Services under this Agreement: The Court, its judges, its subordinate judicial officers, its court executive officers, its court administrators, and any and all of their other officers, officials, agents, representatives, contractors, volunteers or employees. Required Policy Provisions. Each policy required in Section 13.A above must provide that: The policy is primary and non-contributory with any insurance or self-insurance programs carried or administered by the Court. The policy shall apply separately to each insured against whom a claim is made and/or a lawsuit is brought, except with respect to the limits of the insurer’s liability. The Court will receive fifteen (15) days’ advance written notice of any reduction in coverage or other change, nonrenewal, or cancellation, mailed to the address provided for notices in Section 27.J of this Exhibit. No Reduction or Limit of Contractor’s Obligation. Insurance affected or procured by Contractor shall not reduce or limit Contractor’s contractual obligation to indemnify and defend the Court. Acceptance of Contractor’s insurance by the Court shall not relieve or decrease the liability of Contractor hereunder.
Additional Insured Endorsements. Company, any Project Owner, and any others required by the Prime Contract, their subsidiaries, officials and employees, are to be covered as Additional Insureds on Your General, Auto, Environmental and Umbrella-Excess Liability policies using ISO forms CG 2010 (10/01) and CG 2037 (10/01) or equivalent, for any liability arising out of or resulting from W o r k performed by You or on Your behalf; Your products and Your completed operations; premises owned, occupied or used by You, or automobiles owned, leased, hired or borrowed by You (CA 2048 or equivalent). You will provide copies of the Additional Insured endorsements with Your Certificate of Insurance. Additional Insured coverage will apply to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
