Common use of Additional Insured Endorsements Clause in Contracts

Additional Insured Endorsements. (a) The Commercial General Liability policy must be endorsed to name as Additional Insured the City and County of San Francisco, its Officers, Agents, and Employees. (b) The Commercial Automobile Liability Insurance policy must be endorsed to name as Additional Insured the City and County of San Francisco, its Officers, Agents, and Employees. (c) The Commercial Automobile Liability Insurance policy must be endorsed to include (i) Auto Pollution Additional Insured Endorsement naming as Additional Insured the City and County of San Francisco, its Officers, Agents, and Employees; and (ii) Form MCS-90 for Motor Carrier Policies of Insurance for Public Liability under Sections 29 and 30 of the Motor Carrier Act of 1980.
