All Coverages. Each insurance policy required in this item shall be endorsed to state that coverage shall not be suspended, voided, cancelled, reduced in coverage or in limits except after thirty (30) days' prior written notice by certified mail, return receipt requested, has been given to the Town. Current certification of such insurance shall be kept on file at all times during the term of this agreement with the Town Clerk.
All Coverages. City reserves the right to require that Contractor's insurer be a licensed and admitted insurer in the State of Nevada, or on the Insurance Commissioner's approved but not admitted list. Contractor shall furnish City with certificates of insurance and with original endorsements affecting coverage required by this contract. The certificates and endorsements for each insurance policy are to be signed by a person authorized by that insurer to bind coverage on its behalf. Prior to the start of any Work, Contractor must provide the following documents to City of Sparks, Attention: Purchasing Division, X.X. Xxx 000, Xxxxxx, XX 00000-0000:

All Coverages. Defense costs shall be payable in addition to the limits set forth hereunder. Requirements of specific coverage or limits contained in this section are not intended as a limitation on coverage, limits, or other requirement, or a waiver of any coverage normally provided by any insurance. It shall be a requirement under this Agreement that any available insurance proceeds broader than or in excess of the specified minimum insurance coverage requirements and/or limits set forth herein shall be available to WRCOG, its Directors, officials, officers, employees, volunteers and agents as additional insureds under said policies. Furthermore, the requirements for coverage and limits shall be (1) the minimum coverage and limits specified in this Agreement; or (2) the broader coverage and maximum limits of coverage of any Insurance policy or proceeds available to the named insured; whichever is greater.
(i) The limits of insurance required in this Agreement may be satisfied by a combination of primary and umbrella or excess insurance. Any umbrella or excess insurance shall contain or be endorsed to contain a provision that such coverage shall also apply on a primary and non-contributory basis for the benefit of WRCOG (if agreed to in a written contract or agreement) before WRCOG’s own insurance or self-insurance shall be called upon to protect it as a named insured. The umbrella / excess policy shall be provided on a “following form” basis with coverage at least as broad as provided on the underlying policy(ies).
(ii) Consultant shall provide WRCOG at least thirty (30) days prior written notice of cancellation of any policy required by this Agreement, except that the Consultant shall provide at least ten (10) days prior written notice of cancellation of any such policy due to non-payment of premium. If any of the required coverage is cancelled or expires during the term of this Agreement, the Consultant shall deliver renewal certificate(s) including the General Liability Additional Insured Endorsement to WRCOG at least ten (10) days prior to the effective date of cancellation or expiration.
(iii) The retroactive date (if any) of each policy is to be no later than the effective date of this Agreement.
