Additional Limitations on Compensation. Compensation payable/reimbursable under this Agreement is subject to certain limitations, including, but not limited to the following: i) Administrative/Overhead Tasks – Certain tasks associated with providing Services will not be compensable, and are considered to be part of Consultant’s Overhead Cost structure. These include, but are not limited to, any aspect of Consultant’s or any Subconsultants’/Subcontractors’ invoicing, payroll, human resources, off-site document control and clerical tasks.
