Additional Marketing Efforts. a) For the 2020 Plan Year, and any year thereafter, Covered California may engage in additional marketing activities to ensure consumers are aware of new laws and new programs that could impact consumers, such as the new State premium assistance program and State mandate. As part of those activities, Covered California may conduct marketing efforts co-branded with all QHP Issuers currently participating in Covered California or branded only with Covered California, including radio, television, or print advertisements, and make additional media buys using existing or new collateral and material, on behalf of Contractor.
